We will be using StriveScan this year.  You can purchase your Scanning credits  at strivescan.com
Colleges pay StriveScan directly for Fair Credits, at the cost of $24 each. One Fair Credit unlocks scanning at one college fair, nationwide. There are 17 CCASD Fairs this fall, so if an institution is planning to attend all CCASD fairs, they will need to purchase 17 credits in order to scan at every event.

CCASD Code of Ethics.pdf  - Following
all policies in the Code of Ethics is
required while displaying at all of our fairs.

To review your registration details, login and go to your profile.  Under the events tab,
scroll down and click '2024 College Fairs'.  You will see your details including which locations you indicated attending or not attending.

INFORMATION FOR SCHOOL COUNSELORS

Students should go to Strivescan.com and click on "student registration" to register for the event they are attending.  They can do this on their phone, laptop or IPad.  They will receive a barcode via text or email and can either use their phone to show  the barcode to colleges or they can print it and take with them.
